Drone Pilot Internship Candidate Pre- Requisites:

  • All drone pilots operating commercially in the state of California are subject to the FAA’s Part 107 rules. So, you must have your valid Remote Pilot Certificate according to all Federal Aviation Administration Requirements:

  • If you are flying a drone as a hobbyist, you must obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate from FAA (Part 107) to operate commercially

  • Have at least one year of experience since you were awarded your Remote Pilot certificate.
